Does your shop ever close?
Nope! We're always open. We might run out of stock from time to time but will work to restock old products (and introduce new ones!) as quickly as possible.
How are your shirts printed?
All of our shirts are screenprinted locally (to support small businesses like ourselves!) on soft, high quality tees. Specific brand depends on color, but usually we try to use Bella + Canvas whenever possible. The shirt brand and material will always be listed on the product page.
How do the sizes run?

Do you ship internationally?
We sure do! Unless otherwise noted, shipping costs are $10 USD to Canada, and $14 USD to everywhere else outside of the USA.
When/how will my order ship?
All orders ship within 1-2 business days from when they are placed unless otherwise noted. We use USPS and will include tracking so you can plan your next Disney trip around the arrival of your awesome new shirt!
**Please note, we will do everything in our control to ensure a smooth delivery and to help track down lost items, but unfortunately we cannot provide refunds or replacements for items lost or delivered late by USPS. Contact us to let us know if you never received your item and we will do our best to help you sort it out.**
Do you offer returns/exchanges?
Yes we do! If you need an exchange or return, please send an email to email@example.com.
Exchanges: Please include the reason for the exchange and your order number in your email. You will be responsible for the return shipping cost on the item you'd like to exchange, but we will take care of the shipping cost to send the new item to you. Once we receive the original item we will send out the new one.
Returns: Please include the reason for the return and your order number in your email. Please note that you will be responsible for the return shipping cost. Once we receive the item you will receive a full refund to your method of payment.
To be eligible for returns or exchanges, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, and you must send the item back in an unwashed/unworn condition (so the magic can be preserved!)
We do not offer order cancellations.
I'm taking my whole crew to Disney and we want to match - is there a group discount?
Yes! For all orders of 10 or more items, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with the subject "Large order request" and we'll get you set up.
